Research Activities

Artificial Intelligence for Data Driven Decisions

The functioning of the human brain in the context of information acquisition and retrieval has influence the design of the deep neural network solutions to image object recognition. I have been involving in key retrieval information from huge amount of data in an intelligent way using deep neural network algorithms.

Imitating Neuroscience in Deep learning

Neural networks forget previously learned tasks when learning multiple tasks sequentially. In contrast brain can learn multiple tasks and can choose best solution when it interleaved to learn new task. In order to mimic brain, I have been studying the possible strategy of synaptic weight pushing in the network to prevent forgetting and optimize learning.
