As part of Nagasaki Prefecture’s high school-university collaboration program, we offer outreach lectures at high schools within the prefecture.
For schools outside the prefecture, we accept requests as needed. Please contact the Academic Affairs Section by email.
Note: Depending on university events or entrance exams, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Please contact us at least one month in advance to allow time for scheduling and coordination.

Classes and Grades


The program focuses on analyzing big data related to the composition and efficacy of existing drugs and using AI to identify potential candidates for new drugs. It does not involve chemical synthesis or direct drug development.

Basic computer operations are taught in the “Information Basics” general education course. If you have trouble, you can consult your instructors. As long as you’re comfortable using a keyboard, you can gradually become proficient.
