When you submit an application for a side job (e.g. part-time lecturer) to a faculty member in the school, before taking on the work you must complete prescribed procedures after discussing work arrangements with the requesting faculty member. Please note that you cannot begin working the side job until you have completed the prescribed procedures. Please also note that application for a fix-term position must be completed before the start of that term. Take the application period into account and complete the procedures as soon as possible.
